New River Valley Plant Employees and MACK® Pinnacle™ Honor America's Armed Forces

The Fourth of July celebrations remind Americans that freedom comes at a high price. Which is why a MACK® Pinnacle™ tractor took its place in the annual Rolling Thunder^® – Ride for Freedom Rally to honor America’s fallen and missing military heroes. On May 23, a group of employees from the New River Valley Plant in Dublin, VA, where the Pinnacle was assembled, gathered for a Memorial Day ceremony. Afterwards, they joined a convoy of several hundred motorcyclists in a ride to Washington, D.C., to participate in the annual Memorial Day commemorations. The Pinnacle wore a custom-designed graphic wrap highlighting the sacrifices made by servicemen and servicewomen. 2009 was the sixth year a Mack from NRV has been part of this observance.
