Transource Greensboro Service Department Receives 2007 Mack Customer Service Award

Transource's Greensboro Service Departmentreceived an award for outstanding customer service in 2007. Mack Trucks implemented a new third party Customer Service CSI measurement in 2007 and Transource was one of the first to sign up. Invoices were randomly selected and customers were requested to give their feedback on a variety of topics pertaining to their experience at the dealership. Transource's Greensboro service department maintained the highest CSI in the nation for large markets as measured by Mack's program.
